Disclaimers
Third Party Shipping Handling Fees
Handling charges will apply for Third Party shipping requests. Common Carrier UPS / FedEx Handling charge: $5 net per shipment. LTL Palletized Shipment Handling Charge: $15 per shipment. In addition, Pallet charges of $10 per pallet will apply.
Restocking Fees
The Customer will be charged a Restocking Fee of 15% of the value of goods for any unopened Products in original condition. The Customer will be charged an Inspection and Repacking Fee of 20% of the value of goods for any open box items or items not in their original condition. The Customer will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges and insurance if needed. RMA number will be required prior to return of products.
FOB Point
All orders are shipped from FOB Point Cocoa, FL 32922 unless otherwise specified
Drop Ship Fees
Any Order that requires shipping to more than one addr4ess will be charged $10a for each additional shipping address.
Broken Case Fees
Any item ordered outside of the standard case pack and/or color combination will be charged a broken case fee of $20a per case, per color.
Case Labeling Fees
A labeling fee will apply to orders that require special labeling.
· Customer provided labels will incur a charge of $2a per label
· ANWP provided labels will incur a charge of $4a per label
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled prior to production will incur a $50a cancellation and credit fee. Orders cancelled during production will incur the $50a cancellation fee in addition to the charges for all products produced and screens/plates created at the time of cancellation.
Product Use
We reserve the right to use all products in advertising on displays and as samples unless specifically and clearly indicated in writing at the time an order is placed. All registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
